Also round 3 is confusing to me....I guess maybe I need to try a different pattern. Its only 50 more expensive than the red heart stuff and it is way softer. I have made hats and scarves and a snuggie out of it and I love it! Not to sound redundant! Hope that helps!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35414755.post-76858631952638139412009-12-24T02:45:19.203-05:002009-12-24T02:45:19.203-05:00this is one of the patterns i would have to do the...this is one of the patterns i would have to do the whole "monkey see, monkey do" thing.... and try like hell to figure out the math behind it and freehand it...

Wow. Once you get this pattern down it goes really smoothly. Maybe I am too much of a noob to be attempting the pattern, but I have a question I'm hoping you can answer. Is it supposed to be "understood" that after every dc you make a chain? Like when you do a shell stitch- do you chain one after every dc or only in the places where the pattern specifies "ch"? Thank you!!Kerryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11366248042930555388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35414755.post-24241327274895741342009-01-24T17:16:00.000-05:002009-01-24T17:16:00.000-05:00Hey PlayboyMommy, I'm so glad it could help! :) ...Hey PlayboyMommy, I'm so glad it could help! :) It's a really cute and fun blanket! Yeah, I know...not all that smart. I just started crocheting recently and I've been knitting fiendishly for about a year now. I decided to crochet an afghan for my not yet 30 yr old ex husband's, 18 year old gf's baby. Yeah I KNOW! So this was the pattern that I picked and now that I grasped that whole R3 thing...hopefully i'll be able to make it work. Thank you for your wonderful page...it really was a great help :) That, and I found ANOTHER great star afghan pattern on here too YAY!
Thanks again!
PlayboyMommy :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35414755.post-148625955866345012008-08-18T20:41:00.000-05:002008-08-18T20:41:00.000-05:00Now I get why this pattern is freaking everyone ou...Now I get why this pattern is freaking everyone out!!
